Welcome to SolariaSMP. By accessing or using our Minecraft server, website, store, Discord, and related services, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our server, website, store, Discord, or any related services.

1. Definitions

Service: The SolariaSMP Minecraft server, accessible through play.solariasmp.com, the website https://solariasmp.com, and all related features including stores, player accounts, community services, Discord, and in game systems.

User or Player: Any person who accesses or uses the SolariaSMP Minecraft server, website, store, Discord, or related services.

Account: A player account connected to a Minecraft username and any website or store account used to access SolariaSMP services.

In Game Content: Virtual items, ranks, cosmetics, currency, perks, rewards, and other digital content available on the SolariaSMP server.

Partner: Any third party service that helps SolariaSMP operate, such as payment processors, hosting providers, store platforms, or API services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SolariaSMP, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required in your country.
  • You own a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition.
  • You have the legal ability to agree to these terms.
  • You will follow all applicable local, national, and international laws while using the Service.
  • You understand that SolariaSMP is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

3. Service Description

SolariaSMP provides a custom Minecraft multiplayer experience with survival gameplay, RPG progression, magical items, events, community features, and optional store purchases.

The Service may include:

  • Access to Minecraft server gameplay
  • Player statistics, profiles, and account features
  • An in game economy and virtual rewards
  • Community spaces such as Discord or social features
  • Premium ranks, cosmetics, crates, perks, or other digital content

The Service is provided online and requires a valid Minecraft: Java Edition account and an internet connection.

4. Account Creation and Management

Registration: Some features may require you to connect your Minecraft account, use a store account, or provide accurate account information.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account safe. Do not share your account details with anyone else.

Minecraft Account: You must use your own legitimate Minecraft account. Cracked, stolen, shared, or unauthorized accounts are not allowed.

Multiple Accounts: Creating extra accounts to avoid punishments, exploit systems, or gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.

Restrictions: We may suspend, restrict, or remove access to accounts that break these terms, our server rules, Minecraft rules, or applicable law.

5. In Game Purchases and Virtual Items

Virtual Content: Items, ranks, currency, cosmetics, perks, and other digital goods on SolariaSMP are virtual content. They have no real world cash value.

Ranks and Items: Purchases only grant access to features or content within SolariaSMP. They cannot be exchanged for money outside the Service.

Payment Processors: Payments are handled through secure third party payment providers. By making a purchase, you may also be agreeing to the terms of that provider.

Not Transferable: Purchased content, ranks, items, and currency cannot be sold, traded for real money, or transferred to other accounts unless we clearly allow it.

Price Changes: We may change prices at any time. For active subscriptions, we will try to provide notice before major price changes when possible.

Availability: We do not promise that any item, rank, feature, crate, reward, or system will remain available forever. Content may be changed, balanced, removed, or replaced.

6. Refund Policy

SolariaSMP offers a 14 day refund period for eligible purchases.

For full details, please read our Refund Policy page. Refunds may be denied if a purchase has been abused, transferred, used in violation of our rules, or connected to payment fraud or chargebacks.

7. Player Conduct and Server Rules

SolariaSMP is built to be a fun and fair community. Players are expected to respect others and follow the rules.

Players may not:

  • Use hacked clients, cheats, macros, bots, exploits, or unfair modifications.
  • Harass, threaten, bully, or target other players.
  • Use hate speech, slurs, discriminatory language, or inappropriate content.
  • Spam, advertise, or promote other servers without permission.
  • Scam, steal, or grief where it is not allowed by the game mode rules.
  • Share unsafe, inappropriate, or malicious links.
  • Impersonate staff members, creators, or other players.
  • Attempt to hack, attack, disrupt, overload, or damage the server or website.
  • Abuse bugs or glitches for personal gain instead of reporting them.
  • Trade in game items, accounts, currency, or services for real money.
  • Use SolariaSMP for illegal activity.

Allowed Mods: Performance and cosmetic mods such as OptiFine, shaders, and similar visual improvements are generally allowed. Mods that give gameplay advantages or automate actions are not allowed.

Chat and Communication: Keep chat appropriate for the community. We may moderate, filter, remove, or act on content that breaks our rules.

Reports: Players are encouraged to report rule breaking through the correct support channels.

Consequences: Rule violations may lead to warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, item removals, or account restrictions depending on the situation.

8. Intellectual Property

Server Ownership: SolariaSMP owns or controls the rights to its custom server content, branding, website design, logos, builds, configurations, plugins, systems, and original materials unless stated otherwise.

Minecraft: Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation. SolariaSMP is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

User Content: Content you create or submit on SolariaSMP, such as builds, chat messages, reports, screenshots, or gameplay moments, may be moderated, removed, displayed, or used for community and promotional purposes.

License to Use: We give players a personal, limited, revocable permission to use SolariaSMP for entertainment purposes.

Restrictions: You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, leak, modify, or redistribute our custom plugins, systems, server files, website materials, or private content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Service Provided As Is: SolariaSMP is provided as is. We do not guarantee perfect uptime, error free gameplay, uninterrupted service, or permanent preservation of in game data.

No Guarantee of Progress: We are not responsible for loss of virtual items, currency, ranks, progress, statistics, claims, builds, or data caused by bugs, resets, maintenance, moderation actions, exploits, or technical issues.

Server Availability: SolariaSMP may go offline for maintenance, updates, emergencies, attacks, technical issues, or other reasons without notice.

Third Party Actions: We are not responsible for the actions of other players, including scams, harassment, griefing, or rule breaking.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for issues outside our reasonable control, including hosting failures, attacks, outages, payment provider issues, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.

Liability Limit: Where the law allows, our total liability will not be greater than the amount you paid to SolariaSMP in the past 12 months.

10. Account Termination and Bans

By You: You may request account deletion or data removal by contacting support, where applicable.

By Us: We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban your access for reasons including:

  • Breaking these Terms of Service or server rules
  • Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorized modifications
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or toxic behavior
  • Payment fraud, chargebacks, or suspicious purchases
  • Actions that harm the server, staff, players, community, or reputation of SolariaSMP

Ban Appeals: If you believe a punishment was made by mistake, you may submit an appeal through the correct support process. Appeals may be accepted or denied at our discretion.

Effect of Termination: If your access is removed, you may lose access to purchased items, ranks, currency, progress, and account data. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Ban Evasion: Trying to avoid a ban through new accounts, alternate accounts, VPNs, or other methods may result in further punishments.

11. Personal Data and Privacy

SolariaSMP respects your privacy. We collect, use, and protect personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Data we may collect includes:

  • Minecraft username and UUID
  • IP address and connection information
  • Gameplay statistics and in game activity
  • Purchase history and transaction data
  • Chat logs, reports, punishments, and moderation records

If you are located in the European Union or another region with privacy rights, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may contact us at bronto.official@gmail.com to make a privacy request.

12. Server Changes and Updates

SolariaSMP may:

  • Add, change, balance, or remove game modes, features, items, ranks, and content.
  • Perform resets, wipes, updates, or maintenance when needed.
  • Change item values, crate rewards, rank perks, prices, or availability.
  • Update rules and policies to protect the server and community.

We try to communicate major changes when possible, especially if they affect purchased content, but we cannot guarantee advance notice for every change.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For major changes, we will try to give notice through the website, store, Discord, in game announcements, or email where possible.

Continuing to use SolariaSMP after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms of Service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the location where SolariaSMP operates, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

If a dispute happens, both sides agree to try to resolve it fairly through support first before taking further action, unless the law gives you a right to do otherwise.

15. Minecraft EULA Compliance

SolariaSMP aims to operate in compliance with the Minecraft End User License Agreement.

Purchases are intended for cosmetics, ranks, convenience features, community support, or other content that follows Minecraft rules. We do not intend to sell unfair pay to win advantages.

SolariaSMP is not approved by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Mojang AB, or Microsoft Corporation.

We are an independent Minecraft server operated by fans of the game.
